The technical, tactical, psychological and fitness training we provide our players is Second to None.
Returning players need to submit a non-refundable placement fee of $350 between August 1st and August 15th of each year to guarantee their roster place for the following season. New players are added to any openings on rosters from August 15th thru Dec 31st of each year. If you are interested in joining an STN team you must be evaluated via any of our summer camps or individual Advantage training sessions. All fees are to be paid in full by Dec 31st-no exceptions. Players will not be permitted to train or play in events if fees are not paid by this date.
STN is very proud to have a reputation as one of the most professionally operated and managed soccer Programs in the State. In order to preserve and protect this reputation, it is the strict policy m Players, Coaches and Parents abide by the following guidelines for Training sessions, Games and Tournaments. Uniform Requirements
Every Player is to have a full STN Adidas Equipment package…this includes White and Royal jerseys, blue shorts, white socks, Team Sweatsuit and Team Bag. ONLY THE OFFICIAL ADIDAS STN TEAM EQUIPMENT IS TO BE WORN BY PLAYERS IN GAMES!
Primary uniform color is always WHITE. Only use blue jerseys when required.
All STN Team players must wear their ORANGE TRAINING T SHIRT at ALL Training sessions. Players showing up without training shirt will not be able to participate.
Players should arrive ten minutes prior to scheduled Training time.
Players must wear shin guards.
If a player must arrive late or leave a practice early STN must be notified in advance.
Players are scheduled specific training times during the winter and are able to train on any day of the week at any of our locations during the spring.
Players must notify us at the start of the spring season of their preferred training locations.
Parents are not allowed to step on the field to talk to the coach or the players during training or games.
Players must arrive at the game field from 45 minutes to 1 hour before the game.
Players must arrive properly and uniformly dressed.
Players must only warm up with their teammates and coaches.
Players can only be instructed by the coach during the game. The parents’ role is strictly encouragement – no coaching.
Any involvement of the parent with their player during the game has to be designated by the coach (injuries, water breaks etc).
If a player will be late for the game or has to leave the game early, the coach must be notified in advance.
During the games, parents should refrain from making any comments to the game officials. The referees and linesmen should always be dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
Parents are not allowed to approach the coach after the game for discussions about playing time, playing position etc. Conferences should be scheduled for another time.
Every coach, player and parent IS EXPECTED to behave according to the highest standards of sportsmanship, sporting ethics and moral values.
STN is very proud to have a reputation of excellence and as one of the most professionally managed and operated soccer clubs in the State. In order to preserve and respect our professional reputation, it is the strict policy of STN that no person challenge, protest or file any complaint (written or verbal) against any soccer officials, coaches, leagues, other soccer clubs, or referees without express permission from the STN Director of Coaching. Any violation of this policy will be dealt with in the appropriate manner.
